Felice Tebbe is a draftswoman, poet, agent, printer, book designer, painter & web tinkerer living in south-esque Brooklyn, NY. An overall enthusiast, she is an inspiration to whom she meets, usually. Having been an active artist member of BOOKLYN Artists Alliance since before its official non-profit status, BOOKLYN Artists Alliance hasn’t kicked her out yet probably because she still seems to draw the biggest deals second to long-time staff member & director of Collection Development, Marshall Weber. Tebbe worked at several American Association of University Presses as everything between an assistant to an acting Art Director before returning to BOOKLYN full-time in 2007. Her own art work & writing is marked with intense color & a gorgeous prose-poetry style that blends into a total word-image, story-telling experience. Her readers are never left speechless. They are affected. Tebbe restarted BOOKLYN’s long-running, free weekly “open studio” workshops last year & is looking forward to her return to the classroom in a more official capacity soon. Although, Tebbe is not planning to give up selling for teaching, just yet, or ever. She loves the BOOKLYN Artists Alliance artists & clients too much for that EVER!
